Arthur Kaminski, MD
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Arthur Kaminski is a US and international practicing physician. Dr. Kaminski is a board certified emergency medicine physician working in the southern California area. He continues to work internationally at United Family Hospital, Beijing, China. During his wilderness medicine fellowship at Stanford University, Dr. Kaminski also worked within the hospital system in Guanjuato, Mexico. His experiences in a variety of health care delivery paradigms provide a unique perspective to modern health care systems. Dr. Kaminski is fluent in English, Spanish, and proficient in Chinese.
Dr. Arthur Kaminski has degrees through his medical training from Stanford University School of Medicine, The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, and Wayne State University School of Medicine.
Paul Auerbach, MD, MS, FACEP
Chief Strategy Officer

Dr. Paul Auerbach is Professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Auerbach is a former venture partner with Delphi Ventures in Menlo Park, CA , as well as a previous senior corporate officer with KAI Pharmaceuticals, Sterling Healthcare Group, and MedAmerica. The world's foremost authority on wilderness medicine, Dr. Auerbach is editor of the definitive textbook Wilderness Medicine, author of Medicine for the Outdoors, and founder and past president of the Wilderness Medical Society. He was recently designated a Hero of Emergency Medicine by the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Auerbach has authored or co-authored more than 100 medical articles and textbook chapters in peer-reviewed literature. He is currently an advisor or board member for MedVantage, Healthline, Vitalwear, LifeScript, Keimar, the Divers Alert Network, and the National Ski Patrol System. Dr. Auerbach has degrees from Duke University, the Duke University School of Medicine, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Holly Miller, MD, MBA, FHIMSS
Chief Medical Officer

Holly Miller, MD, MBA, FHIMSS is the principle of Miller Health Information Technology Solutions.
She was formerly a Vice President and the Chief Medical Information Officer of University Hospitals and Health Systems, a community-based system with more than 150 locations, seven wholly-owned and four affiliated hospitals throughout Northern Ohio, where she was the senior clinical executive for information systems and technology responsible for the leadership and vision for the strategic planning, operations, integration and implementation of information systems and services at UH.
Prior to joining UH, she worked as a health information technology Managing Director for the Cleveland Clinic. She was responsible for managing the PHR, Remote Monitoring, and Virtual Visit eCleveland Clinic programs. She coordinated the development of Clinical Internet Strategy at the Cleveland Clinic and supported the creation and advancement of the eHealth initiatives, exploring strategic partnerships and e-business opportunities. She also maintained a clinical practice in General Internal Medicine.
With more than 10 years of healthcare IT (HIT) experience, Dr. Miller is a frequent presenter at national meetings on HIT and PHRs, and has been active in healthcare informatics research.
As a member of HIMSS since 1999, Dr. Miller is on the HIMSS Board of Directors for a three year term that began in 2008.
She previously served on the Public Programs Implementation Taskforce, and the Health Care Practice Taskforce of the National Governor’s Association State Alliance for e-Health. In Ohio she has been appointed to serve on the Ohio Health Information Partnership Advisory Board, by Governor Ted Strickland; and the Department of Insurance Advisory Committee on Eligibility and Real Time Claim Adjudication. She was a member of the CCHIT PHR Advisory Task Force. Dr Miller co-chaired the 2008 HIMSS HIT Advocacy Week in Washington, DC. In 2007 she was selected as one of the 50 Most Powerful Physician Executives by Modern Physician Magazine in 2007.
David Gutkin, MS, DO
Vice President, Business Operations

Dr. David Gutkin is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and currently practices Emergency Medicine in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Gutkin also holds the position of Medical Director for Medic-1 Ambulance Company. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Gutkin has degrees in Biochemistry from The University of California, Los Angeles; as well as, Human Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University.

Robert Epp
Chief of Staff for Microsoft’s US Online Advertising Sales
Rob Epp is currently Chief of Staff for Microsoft’s US online advertising sales organization which generates over $1 billion in annual revenues. In this role Rob has managed the US sales customer satisfaction program, completely overhauled business analysis and business intelligence functions, and led all strategic planning efforts for the organization. Previously, as Director of Strategy and Operations for MSN’s Greater China Region, Rob has been based in Beijing where he is responsible for business reviews, strategic plans, and regional coordination of MSN’s China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong businesses. In addition to supporting the high growth rates in revenue and staff for the China business, Rob worked on projects including local venture integration and restructuring the China consumer marketing/PR team.
Rob began his career working at several New York media companies developing software products for higher education institutions. Several years later he launched his own Connecticut-based software development company providing end-to-end product development solutions to media and entertainment companies. After four years Rob sold this company and traveled cross-country to Seattle. Once there he became one of the first people hired into the new MSN Operations team where he started the organization which later became the MSN Network Operations Center (NOC). Rob then moved to the Digital Media Division where he led the introduction of broadband online content and later managed the production team that built Windowsmedia.com into a Media Metrix Top 50 site. Next Rob moved to Microsoft.com where he directed online marketing efforts for Windows, Office, Mobile, and other Microsoft product lines. While there Rob’s team built new consumer-focused portals, launched new community features, and won several industry awards for innovation. Rob recently celebrated his 10th anniversary with Microsoft.
Rob graduated from Hofstra University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Literature and a concentration in Business Administration. Born and raised in New York City, he continues to have family ties in the area. Rob enjoys travel, hiking, triathlon, studying Mandarin, and motorcycling.
